Fall Island Campus Community Clean-Up Day

Saturday, Sept. 20, 7 a.m.–6 p.m.


Join us for our final trip to The Island Campus for a community clean-up day! We deeply appreciate your efforts in preserving the natural beauty of the Island Campus, ensuring it can continue to support the amazing academic, cultural, and community-based programs it offers. 

Clean-up supplies and lunch will be provided. This trip is free of charge. 

A coach bus will depart from the Schair-Swenson-Watson Alumni Center on the Colby campus and we will travel to Port Clyde, where we will board the boat and take a 30-minute trip to The Island Campus. This trip is rain or shine; please dress appropriately.

If you are coming from the south, there is an option to meet the coach bus in Thomaston, Maine, at the Thomaston Park and Ride, or you can meet the Colby group at the harbor in Port Clyde, Maine. If you decide to park in Port Clyde, parking is only available for the first 10 cars to register. Please check the appropriate box below, and you will receive additional information.

By attending this event, you authorize Colby College to use, reproduce, and/or publish text, photographs and/or video that may pertain to you, without compensation.
